Kingdom People – Carrying the Family Name

Blessed are the Peacemakers and the Persecuted

Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.

Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Matt 5:9-10 NLT

Peacemakers -  eirēnopoioi (Greek)

Eirēnē - peace          Poieō - to make or do

Shalom - far more than the absence of conflict.

It speaks of wholeness - right relationship with God, with one another, and within ourselves.

Rodef shalom -  someone who actively pursues or chases after peace

How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of the messenger who brings good news, the good news of peace and salvation, the news that the God of Israel reigns! Isaiah 52:7 NLT

He was beaten so we could be whole. Isaiah 53:5 NLT

Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness… Matt 5:10 NLT

Theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Matt 5:3&10
