YOUNG

ADULTS

The Young Adults community is a space for people in this stage of life to follow Jesus together.

Whether you’re studying, working, raising a family, or navigating what’s next, this is a community shaped around real life and shared faith.

We gather to build meaningful relationships, ask honest questions, and learn how to live out the way of Jesus in our workplaces, homes, and friendships.
No season is overlooked.

This is a place to belong and grow - right where you are

Our Rhythms

  • Our 5pm Belconnen service, known as The PM, has an emphasis on youth and young adults, aiming to equip and encourage the next generations. All are welcome!

    Plan a visit.

  • Once a month, we don’t rush off - we stay. The Afterparty happens on the last Sunday of every month, straight after the PM service. It’s a relaxed space to hang, connect, and enjoy being together. No agenda, no pressure—just time to build community and deepen friendships. Come for the service. Stay for the after.

  • One of the best ways to stay connected through community is to join a Life Group. They’re the people we share our day with, lean on when we are weary, and those who help us grow in our faith.

    Join a life group here.

  • Social Gatherings create intentional space to connect, laugh, and build real friendships. Whether it’s summer hangs, game nights, or casual meet‑ups, the heart is simple: showing up, being present, and doing life together.

No expectations to have it all together. Just a place to belong and people to share the journey with.

  • In a loud and busy world, these nights are an invitation to slow down.
Prayer & Worship Evenings are centred on worship, reflection, and prayer ministry—creating space to encounter God, listen deeply, and be renewed. Whether you’re full of faith or feeling unsure, you’re welcome here.

These nights are designed for depth, honesty, and the quiet work God does when we make room.

Red Frogs

Supporting, serving and safeguarding young people between the ages of 18-30.

Two smiling people standing under a tent at night; one wearing a frog hat and a yellow safety vest, the other holding a bag of Haribo gummy frogs and giving a thumbs-up.

Heart of the Frog

Young people and risky behaviour go together like peanut butter and jelly. When this classic combo get together, Red Frogs is there to help. From end of school celebrations to festivals to universities to sporting events, you’ll find the Red Frog Crew!

Red Frogs was founded to:

  • provide a positive presence in alcohol-fuelled environments where young people gather.

  • educate young people on safe partying behaviours

  • promote alcohol-free and/or diversionary activities that engage young people in these environments.

RED FROGS PROGRAMS ARE A DIRECT RESPONSE TO OUR MISSION:
To combat a culture that is largely dominated by alcohol and other substances, often leading to dangerous and life-altering behaviours for young people.
