YOUNG

ADULTS

The Young Adults community is a space for people in this stage of life to follow Jesus together.

Whether you’re studying, working, raising a family, or navigating what’s next, this is a community shaped around real life and shared faith.

We gather to build meaningful relationships, ask honest questions, and learn how to live out the way of Jesus in our workplaces, homes, and friendships.
No season is overlooked.

This is a place to belong and grow - right where you are

LifeUC &
Red Frogs

Supporting, serving and safeguarding young people between the ages of 18-30.

Two smiling people standing under a tent at night; one wearing a frog hat and a yellow safety vest, the other holding a bag of Haribo gummy frogs and giving a thumbs-up.

Heart of the Frog

Young people and risky behaviour go together like peanut butter and jelly. When this classic combo get together, Red Frogs is there to help. From end of school celebrations to festivals to universities to sporting events, you’ll find the Red Frog Crew!

Red Frogs was founded to:

  • provide a positive presence in alcohol-fuelled environments where young people gather.

  • educate young people on safe partying behaviours

  • promote alcohol-free and/or diversionary activities that engage young people in these environments.

RED FROGS PROGRAMS ARE A DIRECT RESPONSE TO OUR MISSION:
To combat a culture that is largely dominated by alcohol and other substances, often leading to dangerous and life-altering behaviours for young people.
