Mother's Day Panel 2024 // Life Unlimited Church

We love this time of year when we step in and stir up our faith, enlarge our vision and generously engage in our Life Legacy Offering - SEEDING FOR TOMORROW … TODAY. This year we will be receiving our offering on 2 June, 2024. This offering is over and above our usual giving, separate from our weekly tithes and offerings. Each year, we partner with different organisations to fund projects as one family, empowering people across the globe and strengthening our church. In the last 12 months we sowed $90,000 into projects, not including Canberra City Care. This year we want to sow into the following projects: • (Vietnam) Stay-In-School Lunch Program: $10,000 • (Cambodia) Mother’s Heart: $15,000 • (Thailand/Myanmar): Rescue a Village: $1,800 x 4 Villages = $7,200 • Karen New Testament: $1,750 = 500 Copies • Global Training: $10,000 • Chaplaincy Australia: $5000 TOTAL $48,950 Some of these projects offer tax deductibility. If this is helpful to you, please contact Sandy Hawke (sandy.h@lifeuc.com.au). As important as worship and preaching are, church is also about helping people get connected and building community. Accordingly, we want to enhance and enlarge our community spaces. We will give the Entrance Foyer and Parents’ Room a makeover and enlarge the Cafe space, encouraging connection and fellowship. This will also help us better use our kitchen to provide excellent hospitality. TOTAL $40,000 We encourage you to pray, discuss with your partner or family, be sacrificial.
